What can I say about Jersey. He is our pick puppy from our first ever whippet litter. He has certainly weaseled his way into our hearts. Even his naughty whippet puppy antics are met with smiles and laughter. Who couldn't love that face!

Jersey's show career has started out with a bang. In Shawnee Ok., May 2008, Jersey was awarded Winners Dog/Best of Winners/Best of Breed and on to a competitive Hound GROUP 1. I am still amazed at the mental maturity this silly dog manages to muster while in the show ring.

Whether he is snuggling on my lap or baiting like a fool. Jersey certainly has something special to offer. Thank You to Karen Gibson for all your help with this breeding.

Jersey finished with a bang! He went Winners Dog at the Lone Star Whippet Club specialty and was awarded with a Select as well. Since finishing he has gone on to be a Multiple Best of Breed winner.

We have entered into a new venue...In Wichita we decided to try our hand at Lure Coursing. Jersey took to it like a duck to water. On Friday he received his J.C.. On Sunday we decided to enter him in the Open Stake. He finished second to a 4 point major, which gave him his first 2 points towards his FCh. He finished 1st at the Open Stake in Shawnee Ok over the Memorial Day weekend.
